Central oval cartouche contains a portrait of a ship flying a long red pennant from the central mast and a large British ensign off the stern. Cartouche topped with a crown and is surrounded by varied international flags and flowering branches. 15" x 16.5" sight. Framed 19.5" x 21.25".
