Ballivet acknowledges the receipt of her correspondent's letters and explains her reasons for not having replied, including being overloaded with work, despite her intentions to do so, and also forwards a drawing (no longer present) which was published in Fou Rire, continuing to add 'The originals of Monette du Barri were sold almost right after they were published in C'est Paris, otherwise I would have sent you one of those'. A couple of very light, minor creases, otherwise VG C'est Paris was a monthly French pin-ups magazine of the period.
