brass, with rock crystal appliques as human features
16.5cm., 6½in.

Condition Report:
Overall the condition of the brass is very good with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is some wear to the top edge and one thin part of wire is partially loose. The decorated edge at the bottom is also slightly loose but stable. There are some minor losses to the brass at the bottom edge and there is some warping to some of the brass. The lantern appears to have had a slight knock to the top. There are inclusions to the rock crystal, consistent with the material.
