Printed in red and black in tabular form, with white-on-black woodcut initials. 4to, 233x166 mm, contemporary blind-tooled calf over wooden boards with 18th-century lettering piece, brass catches, lacking clasps, skillfully recased with spine ends restored; marginal dampstaining mainly at beginning and end with paper corrosion in blank lower outer corner of initial blank and first leaf of table, single small wormhole through opening leaves minimally affecting text, contents otherwise generally clean.
