Condition of piece: No splits or tears to leather, some scratches and wrinkles to leather, a few nicks to wood, some drips on wood, it appears there were once caps of some sort on center of bases, felt pads have been placed on bottom of feet, the cushion for the ottoman is not attached because the one screw hole is worn and too large for screw but the hooks on the other side are there

Size: Chair measures 31 inches tall, 33 inches wide, 33 inches total dimension front to back, seat is 15 inches from floor, Ottoman measures 16.25 inches tall, 26.25 inches wide X 21.5 inches

Material:Brown leather and Molded Plywood

Weight:Chair weighs approx. 20 lbs, Ottoman weighs approx. 5 lbs
