Earle Wood Engraving [Totem]

Earle signed totem wood engraving. Signed and dated 'Earle 36' in pencil lower right. Title 'Shalako'. Measures 7-in. x 2.5-in. image size, 8-in. x 3.125-in. sheet size. Currently unframed, loose and not mounted or glued down. In VG/EX condition. However, engraving was once attached to a sheet of paper (9-in. x 3.5-in.) at top corners. Residue of what was used to attach engraving visible in two spots in upper margin. On verso of sheet of paper is inscribed 'Merry Christmas and, again, many thanks' with signature on verso illegible.
