A rare and extremely collectable early Georgian silver cylindrical ‘ladies’ tankard and cover elegantly plain formed in design. The body tapers at the angles and sits on a ‘skirt’ foot. The hinged domed lid has an ornate cast thumbpiece and the scroll handle has engraved contemporary initials for importance.
