Early 1900s Scrap Book and Scrap File Folder. This set is in fair condition. There is some damage to the items from age, however, the documents and images are largely readable. The objects belonged to Arthur Stevenson, a clerk at the US House of Representatives. Both the scrap book and the file folder have assorted news clippings and photographs. Scrap book measures 14.5L x 10.5" W and the file folder measures 12" x 10.5".Â
