Early 19th Century Caraco, in a blue cotton printed with floral and ikat design in alternating stripes, long sleeves and a gathered collar, attached fabric tie belt, three hand covered buttons in yellow and the red to the reverse, also a wonderful design of five stitched panels to the back, internally it is lined with 18th century block printed cotton

. Some fading overall to the blue cotton, and some slight staining, some splits and holes to the gathered area at the back, fabric belt tie is worn, stitched repairs to the right side of the front opening, slight wear overall.
