Early 19th Century Welsh oak cased 8 day longcase clock, the face marked M Godfrey, Cowbridge, the hood with broken swan neck pediment above arched aperture flanked by turned columns, banded plain waist door with reeded canted angles on a panelled base with bracket feet. Arch painted face with Roman numerals and country house decoration, 16 x 12" approx. Two train movement striking on one bell with seconds dial and date aperture. Complete with pendulum and two weights. 216cm high including finial approx.
