Early 20th C. Chinese Incised Wood Table

East Asia, China, Republic to People's Republic, ca. early 20th century CE. A petite wooden table presenting a circular tabletop supported by four legs, elegantly carved with rounded bases and corseted midsections. The periphery of the tabletop is decoratively adorned with a pair of incised bands which sit just below a lovely beveled edge. Size: 11.5" in diameter x 9" H (29.2 cm x 22.9 cm)

Condition Report: Collection label on underside of top. Light surface wear to tabletop with abraded area in center, commensurate with age and use. A few miniscule nicks and scratches to legs. Otherwise, intact and excellent.
