Early 20th century gem pendant, on integral chain
An early 20th century 9ct gold amethyst and split pearl articulated pendant, on an integral chain.
Stamped 9c.
Wearable length 45cms. 5.9gms.
Condition Report:
Surface scratches/ wear, some discolouration and few minor dents/nicks in keeping with general age and use.
Evidence of some repairs - small amount of soft solder visible to the necklace.
One panel at fault - two leaves have come away from securing sections, currently does not lie flat.
Drop is deficient from underneath central kite-shape amethyst.
Some split pearls are replacements.
Amethysts with some minor nibbles.
Split pearls with some abrasions, some small damages to nacre.
