Original painted metal dial has birds and flowers in the center, floral painted corner spandrels, black Roman hour numerals, sub seconds dial, cutout aperture arch exposing the sub calendar dial, scenic moon phase dial above with a painted image of a sailing ship. Brass 8-day weight driven movement, brass pulleys with iron weights, has a long steel pendulum rod with brass covered bob. In an inlaid cherry case with reeded quarter columns and 4 turned columns on the bonnet. Supported by 4 splayed legs. Dimensions: 18.5 in. wide x 89 in. high x 11 in. deep.
