Title: Early American Large Turned Wood Bowl in Original Finish
Provenance: Nice big Early American turned wood bowl in the original finish.; Measures 14 1/4" x 13 1/4" the rim. The bowl is a full 1" out of round, which is expected on a genuine antique wood bowl. The height is 3 3/4".; The bowl has a nice raised rim that measures about 5/8". The finish is original, with a wonderful dry greyed patina. The inside shows honest use wear, with a bit of insect damage in the bottom. The insects are, of course, long gone.; The bowl has two hanging holes and an old khaki colored cloth hangar.; Excellent condition, no cracks at all.
