Cylinder seal, three human figures, steatite, h = 31. 9 mm Early Dynastic period, 2600 - 2200 B C, northern Levant Three male, bare-faced figures with raised arms, everyone holding a stick. Two in a short skirt, the smaller one probably naked. Lying sickle moon with star, as well as vertical ladder decoration and cross with one point each in the quadrants. The top and the bottom of the scene are bounded by a closed notch. Steatite Ø: 18. 6 mm x 31. 9 mm Condition: intact & uncleaned Shipping method: Registered parcel The mould is part of the shipping. -J. Müller/Bonn and was legally acquired and administered in the 1960s. It was examined on 19 June 2015 by the Ministry of Science, Research and Culture in Stuttgart / Undersecretary Uhlmann.
