Condition Report: Age crack across the top approx. 24 in. in length. Old repair with age splits to right front corner. Patches throughout. Further smaller age cracks, scuffs, nicks and a seam separation across the top. Handles added to each side. Age cracks down the two front cupboard doors. Door interiors with seam separations and drill holes. Scuffs and nicks to the feet. Feet replaced. Structurally sound. With 2 keys.
