For Sale Is A Lovely rare early 1980 Tektite Vase By Josh Simpson the vase is in very good condition.This gorgeous blue,black irridesent vase is approximately 3 1/4" tall 3 1/2" wide it has a grotesque shape with a lighter blue decoration a one of a kind spectacular vase to add to your colection.Signed on bottom Simpson 1980. This is the decoration I believe it is anyhow it is a super rare early vase. Sorry for being not being clear how I feel about this vase it is Definately a Josh Simpson vase purchased at his studio. Some of you are concerned about the signature this is my take of what I believe is possible at the time Josh may have not liked this piece as far as shape ect. So he may have scratched lines across his signature so he would consider it a second but if you know Antiques such as Tiffany,Rookwood, Ect. The seconds become the real gems as they are one of a kinds and comand large sums of money also trials and errors are the real Gems. I believe this to be a early piece of Tektite anyway where are you gonna find another piece like this one. If you feel different that's Okay we all have our own thoughts.
