Early Solid-Cast Chinese Bronze Head. Pre-Ming?
Early Solid-Cast Chinese Bronze Head. While it has some characteristics in common with the Ming style, I believe it is earlier, and am still researching this one. This piece measures 3 3/4" tall and 7 1/5" on its custom base. Please let me know if you have any input. NOTE THAT OPENING BID reduced significantly. I am motivated to sell and want to generate more interest in the higher-end items in this auction. Buddha head with base ( 4.49lbs / 2.035kg ) Buddha head only ( 3.23lbs / 1.465kg )
