This is a large manuscript of 96 pp in a North African manuscript, apparently from Tunisia. poems, Halachot and Shu"t on Hilchot Treifot handwritten (by an unknown writer). Fine, clear scribal script.
Inside there is a copying of poems by Rabbi David Vital and others.
Rabbi David Vital: Rav and Posek, Darshan and poet. Author of the books Keter Torah on Taryag Mitzvot and Michtam LeDavid on the 13 Ikarim. Served as Rav in the city of Petres of the Ottoman Empire (today of Greece). Lived in the late 15th century and early 16th. The assumption is that he is a family member of Rabbi Chaim Vital.
