Earrings - 14 kt. Yellow gold Garnet

Antique earrings from the Biedermeier era in 585 gold. The earrings are made in the typical style with richly decorated shapes made of so-called foam gold. The style allows for very large and striking shapes, which are nevertheless light on the ear.
These ancient earrings even still have the freely movable ball at the bottom, which is a rarity.

In the center is an oval ornament with black onyx and gold inlays. A smaller garnet is set in the center.

Very good condition for its age and can be worn immediately. The closure brackets also hold securely in the holes provided. A cross bolt on the back was replaced with a metal bracket. That also works great.
