Ecritoire en laque (suzuribako) : foncée à coins arrondis et décoré de laque makie or à motif de bambou. L'intérieur du couvercle a motif de fermes au toit de chaume de style K?rin signé :
Mitsuyoshi (atelier Matsuzawa Mitsuyoshi de Takayama, province de Gifu) en laque maki-e en argent et or avec incrustations de nacre. La boîte contient un compte-gouttes rond, une pierre à encre et deux pinceaux. Dans une boîte signée. Début de la période Showa.
A lacquerware writingbox (suzuribako): dark lacquered with rounded corners and decorated in gold makie lacquer with a bamboo grove design. The lid at the inside and the bottom of the writing box has a design of thatched farmhouses in K?rin-style signed: Mitsuyoshi (Matsuzawa Mitsuyoshi Workshop from Takayama, Gifu Province) in silver and gold maki-e lacquer with some mother-of-pearl inlay work. The writing box contains a round water dropper, an inkstone and two brushes. In a signed box. Early Showa Period.
