BIOGRAPHY:
Edmond J. Nogar was a Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force and served in WWII. According to his nephew, the artist got the idea for his unique paintings while stationed in France at the end of WWII. His works are highly collectable and really beautiful due to their uniqueness.
