Centering a removable silver and yellow-gold attachment centered with one old mine-cut diamond weighing approximately 1.75 carats, surrounded by fourteen round old mine-cut diamonds weighing approximately .55 carats and within a spiraling wreath design set with eight round old mine-cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.55 carats and forty-eight round old mine-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1 carat.
