Egypt, early Dynastic Period, ca. 4000 to 3500 BCE. Beautiful egg-shaped jar in translucent alabaster, two small lugs on the shoulder, once having a separately made rim. Size: 1" L x 1" W x 3.25" H (2.5 cm x 2.5 cm x 8.3 cm).
