An Egyptian faience amulet seal of a frog, Late Period, c. 664 - 30 BC, nicely formed with detailed body and perched on a circular base with crossing lines on the base. 15 x 14 mm, holed lengthwise for suspension and the glaze now a blackish-blue color. Ex Peter Cheremisinoff collection, NJ.
