An Egyptian limestone head of a man in grotesque style, possibly a priest, Ptolemaic, c. 3rd - 1st Century BC, with exaggerated features including large nose and ears and heavy brow. 1 1/2 x 1 3/8 x 1 in (3.7 x 3.4 x 2.5 cm). Moderate surface deposits. Ex German private collection acquired between 1925 - 1979.
