Egyptian wooden figure

A pair of Egyptian wood figures, Middle Kingdom, c. 2061 - 1690 BC, from a large model wood boat, both seated with carved faces and black cosmetic details. H: 6 7/8 in (17.5 cm); 6 3/8 in (16.3 cm). Both with remnants of paint below mineral deposits. Ex New Jersey private estate.
