Item/Description: Color woodblock print features an owl perched on a branch. Eiichi Kotozuka (Japan 1906-1979). Artist's stamp and title on the right side.
A Japanese painter and woodcut artist, Eiichi Kotozuka studied at the Kyoto Specialist School of Painting (1930). Throughout his career, Kotozuka's woodcuts were issued by Kyoto's two major publishers, Uchida and Unsodo.
