These photo ID badges are incredibly rare, and were used throughout Elvis' final concert tour in July of 1977. Ed Hill was a legendary Southern gospel singer and a member of the Stamps Quartet. Ed Hill sang backup with Elvis through 1977 as a member of The Stamps, and is famously known as one of the voices who would announce "Ladies and gentlemen, Elvis has left the building. Thank you and good night!"
