Elvis Presley's Personally Owned Yamaha Snowmobile Boots in Original Box W/Letter of Provenance - These Yamaha snowmobile boots were personally owned by the King of Rock n' Roll, Elvis Presley. The boots were purchased in Colorado in January 1976 while Elvis was visiting for a winter vacation. The boots will be accompanied by a letter of provenance from Denver Police Department Captain Jerry Kennedy, who was called by Elvis and asked to be the "advance party" because Elvis was coming for vacation. The Captain spent time with Elvis and his entourage, snowmobiling around the slopes every night. Elvis purchased snowmobile suits and boots for himself and other members of his entourage, including Charlie Hodge. Elvis then gave the boots to the police Captain upon his return to Graceland. The boots will come with the original box marked "Elvis", as Elvis marked the boxes to keep them straight as he purchased multiple pairs of his friends.
