An exquisite vintage emerald and diamond engagement ring, in 14kt gold, Israel.; The classic 14 karat yellow gold band has been prong set with a magnificent oval cut emerald measuring, approximately, 0.85 carats. The gem is a rich green hue, has strong saturation, light-medium tone, very good clarity, and exceptional brilliance. Complementing it are a halo of 14 round brilliant cut diamonds totaling 0.28 carats. All the gems have very good color (E-H) and clarity (VVS). The pictures do not do justice to the fineness of the gemstones!; The ring is in excellent condition showing only expected signs of wear. It weighs approximately 3.32 grams and is US ring size 7 (UK ring size N 1/2). The face of the ring measures 0.43 inches (1.1 cm) by 0.37 inches (0.95 cm). It bears the designer's stamp JH and 585 for 14K gold (confirmed with acid testing).
