A delightful Art Deco diamond and emerald ring, in platinum, circa 1920s-1940s.; The beautifully crafted platinum filigree three stone setting has been bezel set with a square cut emerald totaling, approximately, 0.49 carats. The gem is a rich green hue, has strong saturation, medium tone, very good clarity, and brilliance. Complementing the central stone are two round old European cut diamonds totaling, approximately, 0.42 carats. They both have very good color (G-H) and clarity (VS-SI).; The ring is in excellent vintage condition showing a fair amount of expected signs of wear. It weighs. approximately. 1.71 grams and is US ring size 7 1/4 (UK ring size O). The top of the ring measures 0.63 inches (1.6 cm) wide by 0.28 inches (0.7 cm) tall. It is not hallmarked but tested positive for platinum.
