Empire Ormolu Mounted Mahogany Veneer and Saint Jean Fleuri Marble-top Center Table,

Round slab of veined gray marble over laminated wood base set into textured ormolu frame, overhanging circular apron of mahogany-veneered horizontal-laminated segments, blind-dovetailed to four cross braces that are screwed to a central cleat, all surmounting a central hexagonal column with conforming base molding and plinth, raised on a flat tripod base, the terminals supporting three ormolu-mounted colonettes joined to bottom edge of apron, 96cm wide, 96cm deep, 73cm high (38 1/4in wide, 38 1/4in deep, 29in high).
