Late 19th/early 20th century, the oblong top with serpentine front above a conforming case of a two central drawers, the lower with recessed arching bin pull, flanked by a cabinet doors to the right and a bottle drawer to the left, over a lower molded edge, raised on square tapered legs terminating in spade feet.
