Condition Report: Larger frame 10 1/2 x 9 1/2in. Image of the Duke of Manchester not examined out of frame. Fading. With small abrasions and spotty loss of pigment around bottom edge. Partial hand inscription to back of frame. Duchess of Manchester loose in frame. Would benefit from securing. With wave to panel. Fading. With a scratch and a purple band to bottom edge - possibly restoration.
