Condition Report:
(1) The paint surface is stable and lightly soiled. Frame abrasions to the edges. Patterns of craquelure throughout, notably to the sky. Under UV light, very minor spots of retouching to the grass, tree at left, to the center above the manor; varnish fluoresces green.
(2) The canvas is lined. The paint surface is stable but soiled. Patterns of craquelure throughout. Frame abrasions to the edges. Scuffs and scratches in places, notably from the lake to the lower edge at right. Stretcher bar impressions at all edges. Under UV light, no apparent retouching; varnish fluoresces green.
(3) The sheet is fully laid on board. The surface is fresh but soiled. Several minor spots of soiling in the sky. Under UV light, several pigments original to the artist’s palette fluoresce.
