Very rare and elegant kitchen/carving fork from the "Smith & Smith" series designed by Enzo Mari in 1987 for Zani&Zani.

Made of 18/10 stainless steel in a single forging.

Dimensions: length 33. 7 cm - height 2. 00 cm

Object with an interesting, ergonomic and functional design. Offsetting the grip axis from the knife's center of gravity determines an elastic grip.

Marked inside the handle.

ZANI & ZANI
after ceasing the activity it became the property of Serafino Zani.
It was a prestigious company which, like Alessi and Sabattini, made use of the collaboration of well-known designers.
No longer in production and renowned for their high quality designs, Zani & Zani are on par with other Italian manufacturers such as Alessi or Sambonet.
They employed important designers such as Ettore Sottsass, Enzo Mari, Carla Nencioni and Armando Moleri, Isao Hosoe, Tapio Wirkkala and Sami Wirkkala, Liliano Bonomi and Tamara Ben David.

Conditions: new item, never used, complete with original box in excellent condition.
