A mid 20th century Brutalist Period bronze sculpture titled 'Archer' by Esther Wertheimer, signed in the mold on the reverse of one leg, raised on a striated Belgian marble base. Measuring 14.75" high x 17.5" wide. The artist studied in Montreal at the Museum of Fine Art, and at Loyola College, as well as at the Academia di Belle Arti in Florence, and at Goddard College in Vermont, USA.
