Ettore Sottsass (Italian, 1917-2007) for Bitossi Ceramiche, Glazed Ceramic Totem Miniatures Ca. 1980s, H 18.25" to 21" 5 pcs | Five totem miniatures. Each constructed with glazed ceramic pieces in varying colors held together with central metal rods. Each inscribed on the undersides "E. Sottsass - Bitossi Montelupo - Italy" with Bitossi Ceramiche sticker labels. Smallest totem having a height of 18.25" and the largest having a height of 21". Provenance: Property from a Bloomfield Township, MI private collection.
Condition Report: Two hairline cracks at one of the thin ceramic disks of one totem (green disk, second from the bottom of the totem with the large yellow piece near the top).
