Silver mounted cut glass decanter. Cut glass leaf pattern, star cut foot. Felt pads to the underside. Thick silver mounts with heavy rounded stoppers, apparently unmarked. Tests for silver, 90% or better. Irish or English glass circa 1900, silver mounts probably post production.
