European school (XIX) - Cattle in a valley
A beautiful 19th. C European School Oil on Canvas depicting recumbent Cattle and Goats in a Valley beside a Farmhouse.
The work has been re-lined in the late 19th. C and is housed in later Gilt / Gesso type Framing, this is not original to the piece and there is a slight space between the Frame and the left and right edges as shown.
(Please note the Frame is being offered as a free addition with this auction being for the Painting / Artwork itself) .
The piece shows a slight loss to the lower left corner of the Canvas and areas of light surface crazing etc all as shown. Please study all images for an accurate report!
