American Brilliant cut glass round tray. It is cut in the extremely rare Windsor pattern and signed by Libbey. This pattern is rarely seen one of the most sought after among collectors. This piece is heavy and has an 1/2" thick blank. The cutting is deep and this tray sparkles. Ca. 1900
