Exceptional Carved Shell and Acanthus Leaf Loveseats

Loveseats. Pair, circa 1920's with upholstered backs, rolled arms and loose cushions. Base have a carved embossed center shell with gadroon borders with cabriole legs with finely carved acanthus leaves resting on curved hoof feet. Gadroon border wraps complete around border and back legs are carved as well. 48w x 33d x 35 1/2h, SH-20.
