The work that we present below is a representation that, due to its enormous success among the clientele of the high nobility and the Sevillian clergy, was replicated on many occasions by both Murillo and his members of the workshop, that is, his disciples and collaborators, it is a sober and very collected composition, with a simple and classic composition, without scenographic elements that complicate the reading of the image, with the large figure in the center of the work, on a dark and dark sepia background that enhances its divine transcendence.
