Representation of Buddha in full body, standing, executing a mudra or sacred symbolic gesture, dressed in a robe adorned with fine golden brocades that denote the craftsman's expertise. He wears several lakshana or iconographic symbols that identify the Buddhas and bodhisattvas: the bun hairstyle, symbol of meditation, concentrated spiritual life and wisdom and the Ushnisha, the "turban" of Buddha, which on this occasion adopts flaming patterns topped with flames of sacred light; the elongated lobes represent the concepts of greatness, nobility and wisdom. The eyelids are a symbol of spiritual concentration and also of purity, due to their similarity to the petals of the lotus, and complete a serene face with a sketched smile, symbol of the balance and serenity of a perfect being. It rests on a stepped golden pedestal, finely carved with plant motifs on each of its terraces.
