Extraordinary, extra large early 20th century Acme ceramic mortar with matching #7 pestle. The pestle has a turned wooden handle and is stamped with a "7" on the lower third, which is composed of stone. Mortar is stamped "Acme" and "10" on the bottom, and has a pronounced pouring lip. Mortar inside diameter 11"; pestle 10" L
Condition Report: Large crack at the pouring lip running down the side of the bowl, does not appear to effect the structural integrity of the mortar
