The letter was sent in 1921 from Sitri to Rabbi Naftali Ehrlich, the Rebbe of Deletin and his son, the groom Rabbi Menachem Yisrael, who married his brother-in-law Rabbi Gedalya Gottlieb [the Rebbe of Sambor in barislov, the son of Rabbi Nachum, the Rebbe of Lodmir].
