Inscription: At the lower part signed in the printing plate: "Dessiné par J. B. Piranesi / Gravé par P. Piranesi L'an 1806". At the lower part inscribed in the printing plate: "Plan perspectif du Chapiteau qui ornait links'entrée de la maison située vis-à-vis de la Basilique, marqué N. 13. à la Pl. XLIV.".

Condition: Good condition. Pale discolouration along the lower and right edges of the plate. Pale foxing and faint soiling in places in the sheet margin. Some browning along the edges. Full-page horizontal crease along the lower edge of the sheet. The corners of the sheet minimally bumped. The upper left corner of the sheet is creased diagonally.
