CONDITION REPORT :
Fair overall condition. The left hand side armrest is slightly loosed and could benefit from strenghthening. Some shocks, marks and traces of gougin in places, such as the exposed areas of the armrests and the feet. The mahogany is slighty sun faded. Accidents to the upper moulding of the seat back which would need to be refixed. Wears to the upholstery.
