Housed in what is probably the original lemon gold ripple frame, under old glass, with the original backboard, OS: 19 1/2" x 19", SS: 16 3/4" x 16 1/4". Fine condition.
Mary Foster Howard was born October 29, 1816, in Wareham, Plymouth County, Mass, and died there aged 26 on Jan 1, 1843. She is buried at the Centre Cemetery in that town.
